Finally I have time to post an update and this time is my new COASTAL SCENTS 88 ULTRASHIMMER PALETTE!!!!! I am so excited to try it and finally it arrives at my post office. Much thanks to Kimmie a friend I adore for sending a package to me all the way from the States to Brunei.

88 UltraShimmer Palette
For all you shimmer eyeshadow fans out there, this may be the best choice for you, but if you are not a shimmer fan, coastal scents also have a matte palette just for you matte fans. Coastal scents was having a promo for this 88ultrashimmer palette, 1 10 blush palette and Eclipse concealer palette (reviews for this two will be up soon)
PACKAGING
Note: There are plenty of fake coastal scents palette in the market out there especially coming from Ebay or Amazon. To get the original palette, make sure there is printings of Coastal Scents just like the picture below.
The fake one doesn't have Coastal scents printings on the case.
- I personally think the case is pretty fragile so please be careful and don't drop it or else you will be greeted by a bunch of powder colours mixed up and that ain't pretty.
- The size itself is travel friendly as it is not too big and you can simply put it into your bag and hit the road.
- The advantage is that this palette comes with a mirror and 2 sponge applicator.
Colours.
Here are the swatches for all the 88 colours.
The swatches above are taken with flash so you are able to see the shimmer in it. The picture below is taken without flash and just natural lighting and I chose a few colours to swatch instead of all 88 colours.
-The eyeshadows are very pigmented.
-It is very powdery.
PROS
-There are alot of colours to choose from this palette.
-It is heavily pigmented.
-It comes in a simple and light packaging easy for traveling.
-Mirror provided
-Cheap yet good quality
-Great for beginners.
CONS
-As you can see, some of the colours are repetitive and too light which are barely visible.
-The casing is kinda cheap so incase it falls, the eyeshadow inside might break.
